  • A customer calls to complain that your bank has paid a paper item which she did not sign, but which carried the legend authorized by phone on the signature line. The check was paid three weeks ago. What should you do?
  • A check is presented for payment against an account currently subject to an IRS levy what should you use as the reason for return?
  • A customer says his signature was forged on several of the checks your bank paid against his account in the last several months. Is this the customers loss or yours?
