Escrow overages have become a very sensitive topic to the public. Therefore, examiners review escrow accounts with much scrutiny. Escrow violations, even if isolated or technical, can lead to serious regulatory consequences.
Additionally, we will discuss initial disclosures, annual disclosures, short-year statements and pay-off statements.
